Shalom Lateef is an eighth generation Australian woman of UK and European descent living and working on Wadawurrung and Dja Dja Wurrung lands. Her poems have been published in Burrow, Wake Up Screaming, and Fields of Gold.. She writes to transcribe colour, movement, sound, form, and the vibrant patterning of the world.
