My dreams

Lucas Zulu, South Africa

my dreams

are made of turbines

crying and trying to swallow up

the damp air

my dreams

are made of emerald green

never cease to belch out

a breath of fresh air

my dreams

are made of turquoise

detoxifying the ochre haze

lemon grass wafting to my balcony

my dreams

are made of recycling

so keen to reuse

waste disposal

my dreams

are made of cycling more

driving less

to reduce my ecological footprint
