Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner is a somatic mental health therapist, Shinrin Yoku guide, ANFT forest therapy guide, and creative artist living in Western Tokyo, Japan. She is originally from the Midwest region of the U.S., Minnesota. Her work as a therapist and artist is deeply rooted in body ecology, how the body relates to its environment, as well as to the natural world as it exists in the forest and in cityscapes. Her personal practices and her work with clients are aimed at slowing down and experiencing life with more intention and presence.
